Your Virtual Pass: The Chosen Insiders Conference

Your ChosenCon virtual pass gives you live access to who’s there and what’s happening at the event.

Event Description

We’ve opened up more room at ChosenCon—and it’s at your house!

We’re bummed you can’t join us in person at The Chosen Insiders Conference (we’re at max capacity), but that won’t stop us from bringing the conference to you. With a ChosenCon virtual pass, you’ll get the insider experience without having to leave home.

Here’s what you can expect:

More details coming soon. Reserve your tickets today.

Virtual tickets are non-refundable.

Note: tickets purchased for ChosenCon 2023 are only valid for this event; they can’t be used for future gatherings. Don’t even try it, or we’ll have you arrested and thrown into Herod’s dungeon.
Your virtual ticket includes access to our main stage headliner sessions with cast, crew and special guests. You will also see sneak previews of new content, and behind-the-scenes footage from the event with some surprise exclusive interviews with cast and/or crew.

We’ll release a full schedule and all the details closer to the event. Stay tuned for more details.

You will receive a registration email from our partners at Hopin with a link and instructions. Please check your Spam folder if you do not receive the email in your inbox. Don’t worry, you’ll get a link before October 14. If you have any problems accessing the livestream, please contact customer support for assistance.

Sorry, no. You’ll need to complete a separate transaction to order the additional tickets.

We’ve worked hard to already price tickets as low as possible, so there is no group discount for Chosen Con.

Is the Pope Catholic? (Yes.) You’ll have access to multiple sessions with the cast, and we’ll sneak in a few behind-the-scenes interviews on the ground.

You will receive a link to a passcode protected site where we’re hosting the livestream. We ask that you don’t share this password with anyone. You’ll be able to view on your phone, tablet, or computer, but you can only view on one device at a time. Please note that every time you login in to stream, it will automatically disconnect previous connection.

Our livestream content will only be available for 48 hours during the event window of 10/14-10/16 to allow our international audience time to view.

What is this—some kind of Chosen Comic-Con?

Yes, but it’s also different. (Get used to that.) “ChosenCon” has the same kind of events as any fan convention—the chance to meet the people behind the show, attend panels, and see sneak previews. But the big advantage of our conference is that we’re not as big. Instead of a pop culture melting pot, this is just about our show, and that means you get a much more intimate Insider experience.

You can expect to:

We love to see your favorite moments at our events! Share them by using our official event hashtag on social media—#ChosenConwhen you post your videos and photos!

General Admission Badges give you access to everything except the Insider Lounge and Mount of Transfiguration (no one gets up there). That means you have access to ALL sessions, photo ops, and your designated Meet & Greet time.

Chosen Insider Package Badges gives you access to everything—sessions, photo ops, Meet & Greets. In addition, you get priority line access for main sessions and Meet & Greet stations. Finally, you can hang out in the Insider Lounge, located in the “Peacock Terrace” room where registration took place. Thanks to our awesome sponsor, the Come and See Foundation, for partnering with us on the Insider Lounge.

We have our own dining area in the Exhibit Hall where the hotel will have all pre-purchased meals available for pick up. You’ll receive your tickets for those meals at registration. They will not have any extra meals for purchase. You’re also free to buy snacks and drinks at the marketplace outside of Trinity Ballroom—no pre-purchase needed for that.

If you did not pre-purchase meals with us, the hotel has various restaurants you can go to, and likewise the downtown area of Dallas has many options.

See the information below specifically for accessible seating and ASL interpreters. For any other questions, come see our team at the Info Booth outside of the ballroom.

There is designated accessible seating in the ballroom for main sessions. These seats are marked near the front right of the room. Please look for signs. We also have accessible priority line access in the main lobby outside the ballroom doors that will be clearly marked.

ASL Interpreters
We have ASL interpreters on site and have designated accessible seating, marked near the front right of the main ballroom. Please visit our Info Desk for more info. We will try to accommodate all requests for interpreting services based on interpreter availability.

You’ll be assigned to a Meet & Greet session when you register—with the day and time printed on your badge. At these sessions, you’ll get the chance to say hi and get a photo with 13 members of our cast and crew. (We wish everyone could meet everyone, but logistically, it’s just not possible this year.)

To make sure all attendees have access to these sessions, we have to keep to a tight schedule. That means if you miss your assigned time, we unfortunately won’t be able to reassign you—so please be there when it’s your time. See our Meet & Greet Guidelines for more info.

We’re excited for you to meet many cast and crew members. To make that opportunity possible for everyone, we’ve had to carefully schedule the Meet & Greet times and assign them in advance. You’ll find your group number, day, and time on your badge.

To ensure no one feels like they’ve gotten stuck in line for Matthew’s tax booth, please keep these guidelines in mind:

  1. Know when your time has come—that is, be there at the time assigned for your group. If you miss it, we’re sorry, but we can’t reassign you.

  2. You’ll be together in one accord…If you came to ChosenCon with some family or friends, that’s your Meet & Greet group. You’ll move through the stations together as a unit.

  3. Commandments about making images…
    1. You’ll do group photos—as opposed to selfies.
    2. We’ll have team members ready to take the photos using your own phone or camera—that way you’ll have them immediately.
    3. Please just choose ONE phone or camera for your group. We won’t be able to take photos on multiple devices.

  1. What you do, do quickly. The time at each station will be brief—just long enough to say hello and take a photo together. Our staff will help guide you through the process and remind you when it’s time to move on.

  2. Hold fast to what you have, meaning, please hang onto your personal items during photos. We’d recommend only bringing your phone or camera for this activity, so that you don’t need to set anything down.

  3. Don’t ask for signs (autographs, that is). Because of time constraints, only Dallas will be signing autographs. You’re welcome to get one item signed at his station. Not to worry, a lot of our cast will be roaming throughout the event and some may be happy to sign an item for you!

  4. Leave room for the Holy Spirit 😉 Please refrain from any physical contact beyond handshakes or brief hugs initiated by our cast or crew. Respect their personal space if they do not initiate contact. We aim to ensure a comfortable environment for everyone.

  5. Finally, do unto others…We kindly ask all attendees to listen to our staff, and maintain a respectful and considerate demeanor throughout the event. We’re working hard to serve you well and make this an unforgettable experience.

Please see Jonathan Roumie…Okay, actually, head to our Info Desk in the lobby right outside of the Trinity Ballroom and Expo Hall. You’ll find our team there!

No way, we’re trying to create an authentic first-century experience. But seriously, the conference center doesn’t provide guest WIFI. However, you should have a good, strong cell phone signal here in downtown Dallas. All the carriers have good coverage in this area.

Tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer them to someone else using the Eventbrite app. Visit Matthew’s tax booth or email liveevents@thechosen.tv if you need help.Tickets purchased for ChosenCon 2023 are only valid for this event. They are unable to be used or transferred for future gatherings.
