General Admission Badges give you access to everything except the Insider Lounge and Mount of Transfiguration (no one gets up there). That means you have access to ALL sessions, photo ops, and your designated Meet & Greet time.
Chosen Insider Package Badges gives you access to everything—sessions, photo ops, Meet & Greets. In addition, you get priority line access for main sessions and Meet & Greet stations. Finally, you can hang out in the Insider Lounge, located in the “Peacock Terrace” room where registration took place. Thanks to our awesome sponsor, the Come and See Foundation, for partnering with us on the Insider Lounge.
We have our own dining area in the Exhibit Hall where the hotel will have all pre-purchased meals available for pick up. You’ll receive your tickets for those meals at registration. They will not have any extra meals for purchase. You’re also free to buy snacks and drinks at the marketplace outside of Trinity Ballroom—no pre-purchase needed for that.
If you did not pre-purchase meals with us, the hotel has various restaurants you can go to, and likewise the downtown area of Dallas has many options.
You’ll be assigned to a Meet & Greet session when you register—with the day and time printed on your badge. At these sessions, you’ll get the chance to say hi and get a photo with 13 members of our cast and crew. (We wish everyone could meet everyone, but logistically, it’s just not possible this year.)
To make sure all attendees have access to these sessions, we have to keep to a tight schedule. That means if you miss your assigned time, we unfortunately won’t be able to reassign you—so please be there when it’s your time. See our Meet & Greet Guidelines for more info.
We’re excited for you to meet many cast and crew members. To make that opportunity possible for everyone, we’ve had to carefully schedule the Meet & Greet times and assign them in advance. You’ll find your group number, day, and time on your badge.

No way, we’re trying to create an authentic first-century experience. But seriously, the conference center doesn’t provide guest WIFI. However, you should have a good, strong cell phone signal here in downtown Dallas. All the carriers have good coverage in this area.
Tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer them to someone else using the Eventbrite app. Visit Matthew’s tax booth or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need help.Tickets purchased for ChosenCon 2023 are only valid for this event. They are unable to be used or transferred for future gatherings.

Yes! We will host various meet and greets throughout the event.
We are so grateful for your generosity of spirit, but we ask that you don’t bring gifts. With the chaos of having thousands of people, we cannot guarantee that the gifts will get where they need to go.
There are no COVID-19 testing measurements required at this time. Likewise, we will not require masks to be worn per current state guidelines.
